DDM Debt announces that the Bondholders' Meeting scheduled to occur on 3 December 2019 for the bonds due 2022 is cancelled

DDM Debt AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: DDM2) (the "Company") today announces that, after discussions with the holders of the Company's outstanding up to EUR 150,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds due 2022 (ISIN SE0012454940) (the "Bonds"), the Bondholders' meeting that was convened in relation to the Bonds and scheduled to be held on 3 December 2019 is cancelled. The Company will consider whether a new amendment process will be initiated at a later stage, and further information will in such case follow.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
